Great festiva
During the Great festival, we will meditate together, experience beautiful emotions, and expand our awareness both in meditation and during workshops. In the evening, we will all be bathing in the sounds of high-vibration instruments – Tibetan bowls and a gong. Cooking, singing/chanting and spending time together by the fire are also planned. There will also be yoga or tai chi classes, as well as individual healing treatments, among others, sound healing, reflexology and Reiki.
Stay in a silence
For those willing to go further, it will also be possible to spend 2-3 days in silence, without talking, without a phone… <priceless>
